What it does for you

01

Train where you already are

Sit on the couch, lie on the floor or stand in the kitchen. Loop it on your feet and you're ready. Nothing to screw in or hook over a door.

02

One band, your whole body

Rows and curls for your arms and back, presses for your shoulders, leg pushes for your legs and Pilates-style moves for your core.

03

Six tubes, not one

Six natural rubber tubes share the pull between the pedals and the handles. Sit further back for more, bend your knees for less.

04

Out of sight in seconds

About 200 g. Coil it into a drawer or a tote, and take it out again when the show starts.

Why the feet

We stopped looking for a gym and looked down.

Most of us don't skip workouts because we're lazy. We skip them because the gym is a drive away, the door anchor needs the right door, and the dumbbells live under the bed.

The Pedal Band starts from a simple idea: your feet are already an anchor. Loop the pedals over them, hold the handles, and the six tubes pull against your own body. Anywhere you can sit or lie down becomes somewhere you can train.

That means ten minutes on the couch after the kids are asleep. A mat flow between studio classes. A hotel room on a Tuesday. Small, regular and yours.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Check and loop

Look over the tubes for nicks or cracks, then slip the foot pedals over the soles of your feet or stand on them.

  2. 2

    Hold and set your effort

Grab the handles. For more resistance, sit further back or pull further. For less, bend your knees or move your feet closer.

  3. 3

    Move with control

Try rows, curls, overhead presses, leg pushes and roll-ups. Pull slowly, release slowly and never let the band snap back. Ten minutes most days is a great start.

Six natural rubber tubes

They carry the resistance between your feet and your hands and share the pull across six strands instead of one.

Foot pedals

They hold the band under your feet, so your body is the anchor. No door or post needed.

Handles

Something solid to grip for rows, curls, presses and core moves.

Questions

Is it hard enough to feel like a real workout?

There are six tubes between the pedals and the handles. You set the effort with your position: sit further back or pull further for more, bend your knees or bring your feet in for less. Beginners and regulars can both use it.

Will it snap?

The tubes are natural rubber. As with any resistance band, check it before every session and stop using it if you see a nick, tear or crack. Keep it out of direct sun and away from sharp edges. If anything is wrong with yours within 30 days of delivery, email us and we will refund you.

Does it contain latex?

Yes. The tubes are natural rubber, which contains latex. Please don't use it if you have a latex allergy.

Do I need a door or anchor?

No. Your feet hold the pedals, so your own body is the anchor. You can use it seated, lying down or standing.

What moves can I do?

Seated rows, bicep curls, overhead presses, lying leg pushes, glute kickbacks and Pilates-style roll-ups. It works your arms, back, shoulders, legs and core.

Can I use it for Pilates?

Yes. Loop it on your feet during mat work to add resistance to roll-ups, leg presses and arm series.
